Corrections, disputes, and removals

Malaysia Dentist Guide is an independent directory of cafe businesses in Kuala Lumpur. Listings pull from publicly available business information, and scores are calculated from Google reviews using a single rubric applied to every business the same way. Being listed here costs nothing, and payment cannot change your score or ranking. This page explains how to request changes to your listing. See scoring method for the full scoring rubric.

Fixing factual information

Your listing contains factual fields: business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services offered. If any of these are wrong, send the correct detail along with proof, such as your website, Google Business Profile, or other verifiable source. Once we confirm the new information, we update your listing. Corrections stay in place through future data refreshes.

Challenging your score

Scores are never edited by hand. If you believe your score is wrong, you are claiming that the underlying data is incorrect: your profile was matched to another business, reviews were attributed to you wrongly, or a review summary misrepresents what customers wrote. We re-check the sources and rebuild your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number.

Removing your listing

Listings are removed when a business has permanently closed, is a duplicate entry, or falls outside the scope of this directory. Our monthly verification cycle also removes closed businesses automatically. If your listing is accurate and in scope, a removal request may be declined, and we will explain why plainly.

How long it takes

Every request gets an acknowledgment within 5 business days. Removals that are approved are actioned within 7 days. Requests that are declined include the reason.
